To help our client's clients with issues about billing and account management, you'll work as a Full-Time employee. Customers may require assistance with services on their account, with signing up for or cancelling subscriptions, or with contesting a particular charge that was made to their account. For this, you'll give them with these services, along with technical support and troubleshooting for the devices that use these services.

Requirements

 -  To be of legal age, you must be at least 18 years old.
- Comparable to a high school diploma
- Able to pass a criminal background check without incident
- The ability to work a 35-44-hour week, with the opportunity for overtime if necessary (We are not hiring for part-time.)
- Adherence to the prescribed timetable is guaranteed to be 100%.
- Work schedules that include nights, weekends and holidays are acceptable.
- Ability to work full-time hours with regular attendance, according to the scheduled time
- Knowledge of computers and the capacity to type at least 40 words per minute
- An excellent command of both written and spoken language.
- Friendly and courteous, with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy.
- Possession of the ability and desire to abide by rules and regulations
- Talking on the phone while using many programmers at the same time
- Adaptable to a fast-paced workplace
- Able to empathize with customers by carefully listening to their needs

- Extensive knowledge of computer systems
